In the beginning, we weren’t really committed to buying a new property and had very minimal interest in approaching the real estate market during these extremely high interest rates. We were able to find a home in the best location possible, with the best negotiated pricing, and the fastest/smoothest process. Within three days, we had identified a home, negotiated the price, accepted offer, and opened escrow. What I personally loved the most about Walid is he never pressured us to move in any certain direction. He was completely hands off, yet extremely motivated and determined to help us in which ever way we liked to go. He also never let a phone call or a text message go unanswered which goes to show his genuine care for his clients.
