Compassion, intelligence, and knowledge are Melinda Aghassi's main attributes. Sensitive to my brother's death, she tastefully and faithfully arranged for the return of personal property and staged his condo for sale. She was sensitive to both the financial and emotional needs of all concerned. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, competence, and engaging demeanor. She made the process easy. Martin A. Being a first time home buyer, Melinda has guided us through the process and worked with us in finding the right home our family needed. Her experience and knowledge of the area was very helpful.

Buying my first home in Rancho Cucamonga was a big deal for me, and I’m so glad I had Alex Ortiz by my side! He helped my brother get his home first, and then helped me find mine. He knows the Rancho area really well and made the whole process feel simple (even when it wasn’t). One of His lenders, Thomas Louisignau from GEM Mortgage, was also amazing—he helped me get my loan and even got me some buyer assistance with no extra cost. Super helpful! If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and actually cares, Alex is your guy. With 20 years of experience, you can really tell he’s seen it all and knows how to get the job done. Thanks, Alex!

Alex Ortiz was amazing from start to finish. He helped us sell our home in Rialto, even with tenants still living there, which we were really stressed about. He handled the whole situation professionally and made it so much easier than we expected. We were also nervous about buying our next home, but Alex walked us through everything and really knew what he was doing. He helped us find the perfect place in Hesperia—and now our kids finally have their own rooms, which means the world to us. Alex is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his clients. We’re so thankful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

The house is located in CA and we live in ND, and she handled everything for us, from arranging for an estate sale to cleaning everything out of the house and getting it ready to sell. She was very professional and helpful and we would highly recommend her.

Very nice presentation. Nice three ring binder with all the comps in the area. They really do a lot of thought and research into the book. I felt like Don and his team bent over backwards to take care of me. I’m a single dad of two kids and was have getting everything prepared. Don and team helped pitch in. Thank you
