Hamze was there from step A to Z, I am a first time homebuyer who wasn’t very knowledgeable about the home buying process, I ran into some qualification push back and decided to give up until Hamze directing me to a lender that was able to get me approved”. My issue was funds for closing, Hamze and his preferred lender found a down payment forgiveness program that applied 10k towards my closing costs, the 10k did not come from the seller nor anyones commission. It sounded to good to be true at first but once I was approved for the 10k I was now able to afford my down payment which is 10k less than I was expecting allowing to qualify. Hamze found my dream home within days of my approval. My family and I truly thank him for his Persistence on persuading me to get out of my rental and actually owning a home. I’ve known Ali for many years now and not only is he an amazing realtor who wants the best for his clients but also an amazing person who is the nicest to talk to. First of all if I would buy another house I will not do it only on Mr victor fawaz way We were so specific in our description in the house and he stays with us more than 3 month reviewing and showing us all the house and always have solution for our problems and always have review and house as we asked for Helped us a lot in the closing after closing during the loan and when we where moving up on searching the house To be honest been much more experienced and better from other broker in our region We thank him for his patient and moving up with us until he get the house for us As I said above it’s 5 star experience I am fully satisfied and he deserve more than these 5 Customer service and communication and solution everything was 100 percent full and satisfied Would recommend him for all families and Freind to do the work with him and me personal I’ll do work for sure with him if need to purchase again
