Let me start by saying that I've gone through a few different realtors while trying to purchase my first home and there were NONE like Victor. In terms of his ability as a realtor, it is difficult to find anyone better than him. He will spend as much time with you taking you into the house and showing you around the house for as long as you need. The reason I enjoyed going on tours with Victor is because he is very honest. There were a few homes that I really liked and he was ready to advocate for me to get the home, but he also told me why the house probably isn't well suited for me. All the points that he brought up are excellent points as well. I was eager to find a home and overlooked some basic things. He kept me level headed but emphasized "if this is the home you want, we can go for it". His ability to break everything down for me in simple terms is something that I truly appreciate. There's a lot to learn the first time buying a home but he made things easier to understand. He showed up on time to all of the tours and we walked through the homes at my own pace. Another aspect to Victor that I appreciated is his knowledge of the market and as it adapts, so does Victor. The housing market at the current moment is less than ideal, but with his ability to adapt to the market, we were able to find a home that my wife and I absolutely loved. He made himself available literally 24/7. Anytime we had a question or a concern, he was always ready to text or call us back. As a person, he is such a LOVELY person and I really enjoyed his company. You know that he cares for his clients when he periodically checks up on you after closing to make sure that you are happy. I loved that about him. Having someone that wanted nothing but the best for you is so refreshing. We still keep in touch with him because of his personality. Victor is truly a professional and a friend when you need one. Thank you so much Victor. We found our dream home thanks to you!

Where do I begin? Victor was prompt, attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. We expressed all our wants and needs in a house to him. He helped us find our dream house. And we did it in less than a month! Victor, was unbelievably flexible. He would work around our schedule and will take us to the homes we were interested in as many times as we wanted. Anytime we went into a house he was honest. He would tell us all the positives and point out all the negatives. Victor was great at communicating!! Anytime we called or texted he would get back to us so quickly. Honestly, I can keep going about how wonderful he is. If you’re looking for an honest, respectable and knowledgeable realtor Victor is the way to go!

This is the third home I've sold, so I've experienced different agents in the past. But I've never encountered an agent like Sada. She spent the time to get to know my wife and I. She learned what was important to us, what we needed and what our goals were. She used her knowledge and experience not just in real estate but in the real estate market in MY neighborhood. She worked WITH US to develop a strategy we all bought into. She did the research to validate that strategy and gain our concurrence. Then she went to work ,,, executed the strategy ... and delivered results beyond what my family could ever have even dreamed of. A true professional, great personality and truthful.
