My wife and I have worked with Victor on two occasions that were several years apart. The first instance we had the pleasure of working with Victor was purchasing a home. During the initial conversation with Victor, he was noticeably a good listener and seemed conscious of including both my wife and me in every question. His vast amount of experience and knowledge was helpful as it was our first time buying a home. Having bought or sold three separate homes in three different markets over the last year, I can honestly say that Sada is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She helped coordinate a plan over the last 1.5 years to help me sell a house I acquired right before the housing balloon burst, as fast as possible when it was time. This was a monumental task, given corruption with a prior rental company that had managed the property, having to deal with a dishonest township, and negotiating with contractors to get the house in best value position to sell. In the end, I made 10% more than I expected (including the repair costs) and she guided the process beautifully.
