Strongly recommend Jimmy. Jimmy will consult for you strongly and make sure you get the best outcome. Within the first house you go to, you will see that Jimmy knows too much about homes. He's constantly breaking down pros/cons about each house and giving you the best way to see if purchasing a specific home is worth it. If you're not working with him, you're at a disadvantage.

From day one, our Real estate agent Al berry ( it sounds so funny calling al our real estate agent) because over the course of the time knowing him he became a friend of I and my husband. Al has been there for my husband and I going above and beyond all expectations, with not only just showing us our future home but with every bump in the road that lead us to a house we now call home. Al truly did things above his job Description just to make us comfortable in this process. The day my husband and I met Al he was professional but yet very charming and very knowledgeable. In terms of his ability as a realtor, it is difficult to find anyone better than him. He will spend as much time with you taking you into the house and showing you around the house for as long as you need. The reason I enjoyed going on tours with Victor is because he is very honest. There were a few homes that I really liked and he was ready to advocate for me to get the home, but he also told me why the house probably isn't well suited for me. All the points that he brought up are excellent points as well. I was eager to find a home and overlooked some basic things. He kept me level headed but emphasized "if this is the home you want, we can go for it". His ability to break everything down for me in simple terms is something that I truly appreciate. There's a lot to learn the first time buying a home but he made things easier to understand. He showed up on time to all of the tours and we walked through the homes at my own pace. Another aspect to Victor that I appreciated is his knowledge of the market and as it adapts, so does Victor. The housing market at the current moment is less than ideal, but with his ability to adapt to the market, we were able to find a home that my wife and I absolutely loved. He made himself available literally 24/7. Anytime we had a question or a concern, he was always ready to text or call us back.
