Dave Shalabi is known to be a great negotiator who works hard his clients. I was fortunate enough to work with him recently and he exceeded all expectations. He is extremely kind and compassionate and helped me quickly when I needed to find a home on short notice. He makes you feel as though you are his only client and is very genuine.
