My experience with James was amazing to say the least. From the beginning he wasted no time in helping me find a home and throughout the whole process he was very fast in getting in offers and keeping me updated. He was very friendly and made the process of buying my first home much smoother than i anticipated. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family who are looking for a home.

Jennifer was a very big help first with finding a rental in a new town and then with finding a home to buy once I decided to stay in the area. Her knowledge of the area was proficient and her help with negotiations was on point.

Working with Jennifer was truly a pleasure. I have purchased a fair share of real estate and worked with many agents. Jennifer has a way of making you feel you are the only focus of her attention. She is communicating regularly and with pertinent information never wasting time or energy. Her market knowledge is excellent and she digs in to understand what is important to her clients and then works tirelessly to find exactly that!

Working with Jennifer made a daunting process seem incredibly painless every step of the way & I couldn’t be more grateful to have found her! She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, as well as being incredibly thorough & actually caught some potential issues in a couple of homes, as well as in the contract. Besides her expertise & professionalism she was kind, personable, patient & ALWAYS available for any questions that arose & truly beside me throughout the entire process. I would absolutely recommend Jennifer to anyone in need of a top-notch Realtor, as she far exceeded any & all expectations I may have had !

Jennifer is the best. We had a difficult time finding a home to suit our needs. And when we did, things did not go smoothly. After 4 months under contract we finally closed. And Jennifer was there all the way. She was professional and friendly. She validated my feelings, commiserated with our struggles, and encouraged a positive outlook. If you're in the market for a realtor I absolutely recommend Jennifer Ellington

I will use Scott Cleveland for both residential and commercial listings and purchases. Top notch professional, knows the area and has the great connections needed to represent his clients well. Scot has assisted us on several sales, most recently 2013 sold a lot, and 2016 sold our home.
