I’m a first time homebuyer and Marian guided me through the whole process! She was always willing to explain how things work and didn’t hesitate to reach out for answers. She was very detailed during my walkthrough, and was emailing and calling people when we had questions during my remote closing. She continued to email, text, and call people after my closing when I hadn’t received copies of my signed contract yet (because I closed remotely and title sent the paperwork to the wrong address).
