Steve was able to sell our home in the midst of a hurricane, tornado, derecho, holiday, high interest rates, political uncertainty, and every other challenge imaginable. I was so afraid to list my home, because i did not believe i would get a good price for it. After speaking with Traye i was sold on his knowledge, experience and positive attitude. We listed our home with Traye and within two days we had it over a dozen offers, almost all of them were in excess of our asking price. Traye is the Best Realtor!!! He answered all of our questions. Great agent. This is the second house we have purchased utilizing Dawn as our agent. In this case we needed something rather quickly . Dawn found us the house ,submitted our bid that evening and we closed in 25 days. Dawn worked very well with the sellers agent and both the mortgage and title companies. Closing was a quick affair .
