As a RE/MAX Select agent I am passionate about real estate and have a desire to serve the local market with the Missy Rupp Team. I have a strong focus on detail and a dedication to the people in my surrounding communities. Being a buyer and seller of multiple properties over the years, real estate transactions and the study of it from neighborhood to neighborhood became more of a passion. I am lucky enough to have the opportunity after years of living in other areas to move back to my home town and now through real estate be a contributing partner in our community.

Courtney Potter Ortz is a New Bethlehem native, and a 2005 graduate of Redbank Valley. Courtney had worked at Clarion County Community Bank as a Customer Service Representative and since 2008 she has been serving our community with a cleaning business she started. Mrs. Ortz has volunteered to help the local Garden Keepers of New Bethlehem, Girl Scouts, and RVEPTO. In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with family, baking, traveling, and outdoor activities. She is no stranger to real estate as she manages her own real estate portfolio, including renovations and remodeling.
