The Mark Ratti Team Was First Class

Everything about our experience working with The Mark Ratti Team was first class. After the home inspection when there were a few issues the buyer wanted us to consider, it was helpful to have a calm and professional response. I think this gave us more confidence in the process. We were also very impressed by the pictures of our home, which gave a good impression of its appeal. We had a very positive opinion of The Mark Ratti Team.

Wealth of Experience and Knowledge

We've been using the Mark Ratti Team as our real estate agent for over 10 years now. They have demonstrated remarkable patience and a commitment to hear and understand our needs. The team gave us access to listings, was always extremely responsive, and guided us through the many unknowns of buying/selling our home. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge, but without the "pushy" demeanor that some real estate agents are known for. It's hard for me to think of using another agent.

"Went Above and Beyond"

"It is not easy putting your trust in a real estate agent. But Mark Ratti and group went above and beyond to make things go as smooth as possible. It was COVID and that added to the difficulty but they handled everything very professionally. Made some changes to to staging to make things seem smoother and more inviting. All the paperwork was taken care of. Literally just show up and sign. AMAZING! I could not have been more thankful! Terri Kelly"
