Jamie is a consummate professional who really understands the market and the people who are buying and selling houses. She came in and gave me a run-down of simple fixes to make the house more appealing to buyers, while being clear what would get a good return and what wouldn't. She did the market research on house sales in the area, scheduled a great photographer, got amazing pictures of the house, and listed it and then promoted it through her extensive social media channels.
