Doug is a no nonsense guy that tells it like it is. Considering my 37 years as a NY real estate broker I can truly appreciate his business model. Selling your personal home can be challenging even for a seasoned veteran such as myself; and that’s why Doug was a perfect match for me. Doug combines the latest in technology with a “hands on” approach to the process. Doug listened to us, and was always pointing out the hidden “extras” that our home has when showing or escorting another broker through the home. He was always available and responded quickly to my many texts. Doug was with us all the way, even after we had just closed and had locked ourselves out of our home on Thanksgiving Eve. In a panick, I remembered Doug had a key to our home. Even though it was after 8 pm, he left his family to make the trip over to us to get us in the door.
