Jennifer responded quickly and never seemed to rush you and answer our questions. We lived in another state and relied on her skills and her knowledge of what we were looking for in a home. Jennifer was very responsive to question by calls/texts at all times during buying process. She took the time to show us previous flooring installs at different homes by different installers to give us an idea of how our home would look. I was looking for a new home and Melissa heard everything I was saying about what I wanted in a new used home. She sent possible picks to me that I was able to go through and see the highlights of the homes in picture. We'll it didn't take long for the home I wanted to pop up. Melissa and I went to see it in person and I was basically sold on it because it had everything I was looking for in a new to me home.
