SIX OFFERS THE FIRST DAY OF LISTING!!! Just sold a home with Bruce. I was not a local seller, so Bruce Baker and Josh Shawley did all the heavy lifting on this deal. He makes sure to block out time for you, so that you are his focus when he's on the phone with you. I think his strongest selling point is one not listed above--he is honest. He will be honest with you, no matter how that may turn out. I can't speak for everyone, but his initial assessment had my house at a realistic price, and it moved quickly. Highly recommend.
