Experience Matters!

I choose Kathy to help me sell my father's house, the house I grew up in, because she is held in high regard by so many people. From the pricing strategy to timing the house on the market, I provided my ideas and Kathy modified them to get more buyers to see the house, and therefore more offers. And while the housing market was strong, Kathy's approach exceeded our expectations with both foot traffic and strong offers. And as we approached closing, we had an issue from the home inspections that could have killed the deal or cost us tens of thousands in expense (we received estimates). Kathy had done work with a company reliable that fixed the issue and at very reasonable cost including a warranty on their work. Kathy was a pleasure to work with and thanks to Kathy's deep local experience, contacts, and can-do approach, we were able to sell my father's house quickly by finding solutions!
