Patricia came highly recommended to us, and after having her sell our house I completely understand why! She can tell you exactly what you need to focus on (and what *not* to focus on) to make your house appealing to buyers so that you don't waste time or money on things that aren't really important. When it came time to list our property, she was extremely knowledgeable about what a fair asking price would be for our area, and has a huge network in which to advertise. We received a full price offer on our property 3 hours after Patricia listed it - maybe it was a little bit of luck involved, but I think most of it was due to preparing and pricing it the way she suggested. Patricia and her staff are very prompt and thorough with all questions and emails, and the majority of the paperwork and documentation handling is done electronically . It was very convenient and secure, and easy to follow the progress of the sale.

Patricia is most professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor we have ever worked with. We started working with a different agency and was very disappointed. The broker at Remax took time to call us while he was on a personal vacation to help us. He patiently listened to our concerns and needs, giving us confidence in his agency. Patricia worked with us as our real estate agent, and she was the perfect fit we were hoping for. We were relocating from across the country and had a time line to meet when buying our new home. Patricia made herself available at any time of day or night to help us find the perfect home - despite the 3 hour time difference! She represented us fairly and firmly to sellers. She gave great advice and is truly a knowledge expert in her role. Patricia helped us navigate through a situation where the home we wanted to buy had mold and needed a fair amount of work. She carefully assessed the comps on other homes and properly advised us on how to proceed - when to push and when (if at all) to walk away. She really always had our best interests in mind. She was spot-on in suggesting the purchase price for our home, and the expected appraisal price. The price we were willing to pay was exactly (to the dollar) the same as the appraisal.
