I had seen several “Home For Sale” signs locally with her name as the agent. I wanted someone that was familiar with the market I was in so I gave her a call. I was pleasantly surprised when she took my call personally even though it was later in the evening (I fully expected my call to go to voicemail to be screened) and set up a time to view my home. After a walk through she offered her advice on what things needed attention and what things I shouldn’t overly concern myself with. What impressed me the most was her strategy to market my home. She is very active on the internet with real estate and had a photographer come to the house with a drone for overhead views and he took pictures and video for a 3D walkthrough that was posted online.
I had an offer on my house within 24 hours for the full asking price site unseen! Talk about results! We had planned to begin showing the house two days later on Monday and had to cancel at least a dozen requests for showings.
When the buyer wanted a few minor repairs done she was very helpful getting contractors lined up to take care of the issues quickly. (It is always helpful to have an agent that knows people.)
This was my first time selling a home and she walked me through the process and answered all my questions and responded to further questions I sent her by text promptly.
Overall the experience was excellent from beginning to end and I would recommend her services without hesitation.
