My experience for Avner was excellent. He did a very good job very professional and help me in every which way that he could. When we 1st met. I got injured and had to delay the process of selling the house for at least 2 months. He was very patient and stayed with me all the way checking on me to see how I was and how well I was doing. We loved going to the Walnut theater, this was our last time. It's getting crazy to drive to Philly, so we started going to the Pitman Broadway Theater. It's closer to home and not as much to worry about and a safer area. Fyi Margaretta Ville was one of the better shows I've seen.

Avi first contacted me in 2017 after my father passed away. I was not in a position to place my parents house on the market at that time, so Avi said he would touch base with me in 6 months. To my surprise - he did! He consistently (though not annoyingly) remained in contact with me until I was ready (in October 2022) to sell.
