The house that Avner sold for me was my childhood home. Therefore, I didn't really rely much on his "local knowledge" but he seemed to know the area well. Avner was diligent, always available, professional and very motivated to get the house sold. I have sold other homes and it always upset me when I did not hear back from the listing agent after the house was shown. This was not the case with Avner. He gave me the feedback as soon as he received it which took the "suspense" (who needs that) out of the experience and allowed me to stay in the loop.
