Avner (Avi) was not just an agent, he was a support system. He was there whenever I needed him. Avi would check-in with me regularly, which I always appreciated. He just knew when I needed him to reach out to me and when he did, he was warm and caring. Also, when the buyers were too pushy regarding the closing date, I asked Avi to handle them. I told him what I wanted and to not be bothered again. He did exactly as I asked. He gave advice when asked, but made sure that he did not influence me when it would have been inappropriate to do so. Avi pushed me as needed. If I had not put my mom's house on the market as he suggested, I am sure the actual purchase price would have been less. I truly felt that without Avi, the sale process would have been more difficult, caused greater anxiety and left me feeling lost at times.

I had some ups and downs trying to sell my property in Fairview NJ. Cash buyers were the most disingenuous slime, and Avi offered to help filter out the trash that was approaching me. He kept on top of the buyers, followed through on the paperwork - I got the price I thought I deserved as well as a smooth sale.
