We had an amazing experience with our real estate agent! She truly went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed from the sellers. At several points it looked like the deal might fall through, but she never gave up and kept working hard to keep everything moving forward. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was always transparent about what was happening every step of the way. Most importantly, we always felt like she was genuinely looking out for our best interests. It wasn’t an easy transaction, but thanks to her persistence, professionalism, and dedication, everything worked out in the end. Cheyenne was excellent at responding to emails, calls and textsaddressing all of our questions and concerns. She offered options and also asked if we needed any help during discovery on our land purchase. She negotiated quickly and effectively with the seller's agent, creating a win-win for both parties. It was the most positive experience we have had in any real estate transaction. Highly recommend this agent!

Cheyenne was fantastic from the very first meeting. She kept us on track and helped us make the necessary modifications changes which included roofing replacement, deck repairs, sliding door changes and painting where necessary. She also helped us make the selection as to the best bid proposal (we did not select the highest bid).
