Brett and Patricia were great. Always available to answer questions or give suggestions on how to proceed. Assisted in pre-listing of the home and of course listing and scheduling showings. They understood our situation and helped to negotiate the closing time and parameters needed to facilitate our finding a place to go and the time to move. They were indispensable in pointing us to service vendors that were quick, reliable and very reasonable. They also helped to manage the HOA needs, saving us from having to deal with the needed paperwork and other items that most home sellers are not well versed in. Could we have done it without them, probably, with a lot of pain and aggravation. We are very grateful for their expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism. We will be using them again in the new year to find our new home. We highly recommend Brett and Patricia.

Brett made the process of searching for a home an enjoyable one. He was genuine, professional and honest. He got a sense of what I was looking for right away, never wasted our time, he was prompt, patient when I was late for a showing, and I always felt he had my best interest at heart. Brett was absolutely amazing. We were first time buyers when we first met him. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the process in a way that we felt we understood what was going on. We knew when it came to us becoming first time sellers, we wanted Brett again. He once again kept us informed in the process and answered all of our questions. (Trust me there were a lot.) While normally I stray from taking the time to review, my husband and I agree that having the best realtor in this process made our lives so much less complicated. From telling us how to prepare our house for presentation to knowing who to market to, we got an offer from the first visitors! Although the offer was contingent, Brett and his son, Jarrett, guided us through the hoops and obstacles of the selling process, always offering great advice and maintaining a positive attitude. Brett even worked on our gravel driveway with his tractor, he happens to be neighbor also, and he and Jarrett helped me move heavy furniture into a POD for storage---talk about commitment! We really appreciated all of the time Brett worked through the holidays and weekends to make sure we had somewhere to live when we moved to WV. Uprooting your family can be stressful but with Brett, we never had to worry about if things would be done or be done right. We moved from TX to WV for work and it was the most streasful thing we have ever done. Not having any friends or family in the area made it extra challenging to learn where to look. We are so thankful to be referred to Brett!! He was a life saver, he was very patient in our search during our particularl pickiness since homes up here are very different. He worked so hard to find us the perfect home and he did just that!
