Missie was an amazing real estate agent. There was no issue too big. Nothing daunted her. She kept close contact with me during the period where we were waiting for this estate to be finalized checking in on a regular basis and always very supportive. She handled things in the house for me as I was five hours away in New Jersey and the house was in Rhode Island. I would highly recommend Missie Rose Benson to anyone in new Rhode Island Southern Massachusetts area to use her as their agent, you cannot get any better.!!!

Missie was awesome and very helpful throughout our entire process of listing our home, and purchasing a new home. We had over 20 offers on our listing within 1 day of the first showing. She was always very responsive and quick to answer our many questions. I would highly recommend her!

Not only did Missie Rose help me buy my first home, she did so with knowledge and poise. She helped me navigate my wants/needs and requests before signing on the dotted line. Missie was honest, not-pushy, extremely responsive and an all around expert in the process! She supported me in making appropriate decisions in offers and counter offers, until we met in the middle with the sellers. I enjoyed my home for about 4 years before I decided to sell and move on to the next chapter of my life. I requested that Missie be my realtor in the selling process as well, since it went so smoothly the first time around. Again, Missie Rose made this process smooth and was upfront with me about what I needed to do in order for someone to want to buy. I believe my house sold in less than 2 months! I was happy, the buyer was happy and the transactions went quickly and with ease. I will be contacting Missie again, for a third time, when purchasing a new home again soon! :) She knows exactly what she’s doing, is amazing at what she does and most importantly in honest and realistic. We were 100% satisfied with the guidance Michelle and her team (Lori Gardner) provided us in buying a second home. They were thorough, professional, and helpful at every step. Michelle is particularly skilled at negotiations, and she consistently represented our interests. We did not have any contacts in the area for legal representation, inspection, and other services, and all of Michelle and Lori's recommendations were terrific. I was told Michelle is THE person to go to in her area, and I our experience with her is in line that recommendation.

I worked with Missie in 2014 when I rented a condo and when I decided to buy in the same complex I texted her this year and she texted me back immediately. She is quick to respond by text or email and answered every question I had (I had a lot!). She knows the area and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and keeps you updated. When I ran into a snag with my loan in the beginning of the process she kept up communication and made sure I did not lose the condo. Her recommendation for a loan officer was also spot on, She made the process easy and she is always smiling and upbeat which I appreciate. My son is going to use her next and I will refer my friends to her as well.
