I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Shane. I was living out of state, and had a very tight timeline to sell my property in order to purchase one where I was living. Shane made it happen seamlessly. He showed a great knowledge of the current market and went above and beyond in getting my property sold. I would highly recommend Shane to everyone without hesitation!

As a second-generation Realtor in Florida, selling our property in Connecticut seemed like a daunting task for me. I know the FL market like the back of my hand, but knew absolutely nothing about the contracts, market, transactions, or general real estate business in CT. This also makes me an absolute nightmare client, as you can imagine. Anthony not only handled our sale with expert skill, but he also handled me as a client exceptionally well. I think there is a lot to be said for knowing not only how to facilitate a successful real estate transaction, with all parties happy at the closing table, but also ensuring that your client feels relaxed & informed throughout the transaction. I would recommend Anthony to anyone looking to make a real estate move in Connecticut, including my family & friends- and that is the best compliment that I can give.

When we needed it most, Shane helped us out of a bind, not once, but twice. Immediately my partner's motorcycle accident, we found out we had 30 days to move as our landlord was selling the home. At an unbelievablely stressful time, Shane found us an amazing house to rent that we were lucky enough to call home for 5 years. Then once again, we were told our landlord was selling our home. Despite us just tenants looking for a rental, Shane made such a positive impression on us, there's was only one person we wanted to call when we were ready to buy. As we speak, I'm sitting on my couch now, in my very first home, and Shane was a huge part of making our dreams a reality. Shane's genuine love for helping others and his career shows in every thoughtful word and action. His empathy and kindness is only matched by his drive to help his clients. In a difficult market, I'm so thankful we had Shane in our corner...and I promise you will be, too.

Shane was patient in showing us many houses until we found the perfect one. He listened to us and understood what we were looking for. He supported us through the ups and downs of our search. It was obvious right away that he knew what he was doing and had our best interests in mind at all times. I can’t stress enough how happy we are with the job Shane did in helping us find our perfect home. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

Shane is the best out there. He is highly experienced, and very trust worthy! He helped guide my wife and I through the entire home selling and buying process with integrity and compassion. Shane made himself available to us pretty much 24/7 and if he didn’t answer his phone when we called, he called back immediately! If I had the chance to do it all over again, Shane would be my go to person. By the way, he was the realtor on my daughter’s home purchase as well making her, and her husband’s dream of home ownership a reality for them. Great Job Shane!!!

My experience with Shane has always been outstanding. Reason being he has sold three properties for me. This being the third property, who would I call but Shane. Market knowledge, he comes very prepared. No questions you know exactly the price to be listed after Shane finishes his market report. Communication, very strong. He kept me very well informed at all times. Professionalism, he is very confident, presents himself well, he treats all clients with great care. The first meeting with him he greets you with a very warm smile. Gets you to the point right away. He takes his time no rush when he makes his first presentation. My first meeting with him he met all three market knowledge, communication and professionalism. When you use the same agent time and time again, that tells you that he is the right agent. Sincerely, Joanne St Amand, Client
