I had the pleasure of working with Amy Balko in the sale of a house. Not only did she work hard to help with the sale, but she was a joy to work with. It was the first time I sold a house and she was always available to answer questions and prompt to deal with any hiccups that arose. She’s very knowledgeable and I always knew that she was going above and beyond for me. I highly recommend Amy and hope to work again with her in the future

Working with Barbara was fantastic, as a first time homebuyer the experience could be overwhelming. But she was always available and quick to answer questions, provide documents, and schedule showings. Going into the market I wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for, but Barbara never pressured me and helped me find the perfect home. Always providing good feedback when I was on the fence and trying to make a decision. In addition her knowledge and insight ended up getting me a very good deal in one of the craziest sellers markets! Could not have had a better experience!

Amy made our home selling process absolutely seamless. She clearly knew the market well which was reflected in how quickly our home sold. She was professional, knowledgeable, kept us up to date and guided us throughout the entire process. We will definitely refer family and friends to Amy in the future. She was excellent. We can not say enough great things about her!

Amy Balko is nothing short of amazing! She’s always been very honest and open with us about the process and has really looked out for our best interest. She’s professional, respectful, personable, and very knowledgeable about real-estate. She knows what she’s doing and has a great personality to work with. It’s been a pleasure having her as our realtor to buy and sell.

Amy was able to connect us with others needed to work through this estate process to make it as easy as it could be. She was punctual, precise, and kept in touch with us regularly throughout. She was adept at multiple electronic communications including contracts and e-signatures which always worked. Through the many showings, visits, and offers, we always felt we knew exactly what was going on.
