Kristi is a native of Historic Hillsborough, NC and moved to Greensboro in 1990 where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Greensboro College in 1994. After graduating, she worked as an assistant loan processor and started learning aspects of Real Estate. She wanted to get into selling Real Estate in 1996, until her college roommate recommended for her to get into Property Management. She interviewed with her apartment community, was hired shortly after, and from there she began her career as a leasing consultant/property manager. Kristi got her Real Estate license in 2004 and since that time continued in Property Management and also has worked as an On Site Real Estate Agent. Along with confident persuasion from her friends and family, she took a leap and joined Power Team Realty in 2017 full time. Kristi is known for her charismatic personality, loyal work ethic, and passion for helping people, which makes her a perfect fit in the industry. Kristi enjoys spending time with her mom and friends, loves running and working out, traveling to Southern California, music and cars.
