We worked with Reed twice now, once in 2020 to buy our first home then again recently to sell that home. We continually tell those in our lives how easy he makes such a stressful process. He is easy to talk to, really took the time to get to know us and what would make a house a home for us. We never felt discouraged reaching out to him and if he didn’t have an answer he’d do everything to find it for us. We cannot recommend Reed enough and are sad we unfortunately moved away from the area with our last purchase.

Reed did an excellent job as our real estate agent. He went out of his way to do many extra things that made it easy for us. I would highly recommend Reed to anyone. Reed was recommended by our daughter in law, a real estate agent in Florida. Reed communicated with us mostly by phone also via the internet. He helped us with services needed before the house was ready to go on the market. This included professional services for removing all unneeded furniture from the house and deep cleaning of the emptied house. He had excellent photographs taken of the house and advertised it over the internet. He also helped us retrieve remotes accidently removed from the house and came to see us both before and after the sale was completed as we no longer had a car and have difficulty walking.
