I have known Todd for quite a long time & have always admired him as a hard-working, intelligent, honest and sincere person. When it was time to sell my house I knew I wanted him to help me. It took a while to get it ready for sale and he was always there for me with good advice & even some hands-on help! When we were finally ready to list the house, he guided me through all the paperwork, was always available if I had questions and helped me decide between competing contracts. It is not enough to say I was extremely pleased with the services provided by Claiborne and Company. Megan and Aimee were extremely accessible and always kept us informed of showings. Megan and Aimee solicited feedback from every potential buyer and passed that info along to us as soon as they got it. The online photographs looked fantastic and really highlighted the positive attributes of the home which brought a lot of attention to the home. We were under contract in 2.5 weeks and Claiborne and Company handled the rest from there. I was extremely impressed with their commitment to their clients and their attention to detail.
