I cannot say enough about Steve's professional and personal communication. Buying and selling a house can be a nightmare and I've been through a couple. And Steve has been the most awesome of representatives in the real estate business that I've met. Whenever I've had a question, his responses have been quick with answers or information he has researched in detail for me. He always gave insightful suggestions on how to present or speed up the selling process. And always. . .and I mean ALWAYS. . .did he keep one's realistic expectations up front. Sometimes we may not like to hear certain things about our homes or believe our place is the Taj Mahal of the neighborhood, but Steve made sure my place was worthy of respect and what needed to "cheer up" the place to help others see it the same way I did. :-) Best and foremost, he explained things in detail and in layman's terms that even those of us who need to read the "Idiots Book for. . ." can understand. We contacted Steve in 2011 to sell our home in 2012. After living in a home for 12 years the idea of moving was quite daunting.
