Linda was a professional. We met and she said right away, "your place will sell fast". We agreed at a higher price point and came up with a plan if the price didn't interest people. To my surprise I had 2 buyers wanting to put offers in the first day! I had already moved out so the house needed to be staged. She used a virtual staging program which looked so real. I loved the colors and style and it would be helpful if anyone wanted to decorate a home. Linda was very detailed and everything went so smooth. It was so fast and easy.
