We were referred to Tiffany by a friend and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We were moving to Rochester from far out of state, and Tiffany was essential in getting us into the right house. She made sure to walk through all the things to look at to make sure we’d be happy with our home during residency, and make sure we were making a well-informed financial decision as well. This meant looking at the condition of the windows, the types of appliances and utilities, the orientation of the lot for water drainage. Her thorough guidance helped find a home that met our needs and didn’t come with any costly surprises in the first 7mo since closing. Tiffany was so helpful in the back-and-forth process of making an offer, finding a good inspector, working through the results of the inspection to get us to closing in good condition, all while we were out of town for the whole process. Can not say anything but positive things about Dan. This is the second time that Inhave worked with him in the past 15 years and his professionalism shows through. He understands the needs that you have when we where looking for a new home 15 years ago in Rochester and helped us sell our home quickly and when I decidedly to sell my home 15 years later he was the only one I thought of to call and he didn’t disappoint. He was right there to help me sell my home in record time as well as provided a truck for hauling items. Also my son was looking for a townhome and Dan stepped right in and helped us look into that as well. Many phone calls back and forth all hours of the day, night, and weekend and I could tell he always did it with a smile and he always returned a call with an answer for me within 24 hours. We couldn't have happened upon a better realtor than Linda Gates. In the process of relocating from Oregon to Rochester, MN my husband phoned Linda about one of her current listings and we continued to work with her throughout our long, extensive home buying journey. She was patient with us while the rest of the family wrapped up the west coast affairs, held our hand throughout what we thought would be a home building experience, never hesitated to show us a potential property, made appropriate recommendations, and ultimately sold us our forever home in Byron. She is kind, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable not only of her profession but of the area as well. She made a very daunting and emotional experience so smooth and I'm a bit sad I won't get as many opportunities to interact with her.
