As a first-time home buyer, I was clueless and uninformed on the steps it takes to successfully buy a home. I was referred to Tiffany Carey by several medical co-residents from my hospital who also had the esteemed opportunity to work with her. Needless to say, Tiffany is really talented and incredibly passionate of her job, which is why she is so excellent at it! Firstly, despite my busy schedule as a medical anesthesiology resident, Tiffany worked around the clock 24/7 and on weekends to ensure she would always answer any of our questions and make the time for house showings. Secondly, Tiffany acts in the best interest of her buyer. While always acting objectively, she also offers her expert input on what she would do if she would be in our situation. Thirdly, she is very experienced in real estate and has all the important contacts; for example, she knew one of the best home inspectors in Rochester. She was also able to help us with utilities management during our move in process. She was also well-versed in the loan process that is typically pursued by incoming medical residents. We were able to make a closing on our house very quickly (within 1.5 months) while working with Tiffany which we thought was quite impressive for a place like Rochester.
