When I first moved to Minnesota I called 6 different Real Estate Agents. Joe was the only one that answered. He sounded normal and friendly. I could tell he knew a lot about the Twin Cities. You gave me a price that you thought my condo would sell for. I thought it was too high. You told me you would buy it for that price less commissions and 5k for repairs. I took you up on your offer. You made my move so easy by allowing me to be a non contingent buyer on the home I purchased and let me stay in my condo for a few weeks while I slowly moved to my house. Thank you Joe. Always sets up showings and meets me at properties as soon as I text him. Every once in a while I work with Mike (who is also great) when Joe can't meet me. He does what he says he will do. He is quick to respond to my calls, emails, texts etc. and has gotten properties accepted for me late in to the evenings and early into the mornings. Hard worker doesn't begin to describe Joe.

Recently, Joe was the listing agent in the sale of my Edina condo and my buyer’s agent to purchase my current home. He is both knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of the buying and selling process, responds promptly to communications, and makes an extra effort to assure you have a positive, successful experience. He also possesses a wealth of knowledge about construction which enables him to point out both positives and negatives you may overlook. By listening to his advice to hold steady on my asking price, I received a full-price offer on my condo despite competing with several others for sale in my building. When we did the final walk-thru on the buying side, the sellers failed to remove some articles. Joe stepped forward and offered to take them out and dispose of them for me.
