Brad Cherevaty is a passionate individual who has embraced the vibrant environment around him. Growing up in Canada instilled in him a love for family and building strong friendships. When he moved to the area for the summer in 1998. His initial visit turned into a lasting commitment, as he fell in love with the island and the welcoming atmosphere. For 17 years, Brad owned and operated The Fifth Element, a restaurant that became a beloved local spot. In 2021, after achieving great success, he decided to sell the restaurant to focus on his family. Spending 3 1/2 years at home with his kids allowed him to cultivate precious memories during their formative years. Brad enjoys and all things sports, often engaging in friendly games or cheering from the sidelines. His passion for sports not only keeps him active and connected to the community. In his downtime, he finds joy in reading and creating memorable experiences with his kids. Brad believes that travel is the best way to grow and understand the world making it a priority to explore new places and cultures with his family. Caroline became a licensed agent in 2013 and is a lifelong RE/MAX agent. She works with sellers and buyers statewide, of residential and commercial real estate, and handles leasing as well. Born and raised in Little Compton, Rhode Island, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the close-knit communities that make this area so special. I graduated from Portsmouth High School and later attended Bryant University, where I played Division 1 football and earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Marketing and Communications. Real estate has been a part of my life from an early age. My grandmother was a real estate agent, and her passion for helping others inspired me to follow in her footsteps. Today, I bring that same commitment and care to every client relationship. My background in finance gives me a sharp understanding of market trends and property values, while my marketing and communications experience helps me position homes effectively and negotiate with confidence.
