During this volatile housing market, we had quite a few hiccups along the way. From a buyer's not fulfilling their contingency requirements to another buyer demanding money in escrow at the closing table to repaint. In the end, through thick and thin, Barbie Harshman continued to get us above market offers time after time and we finally closed on our home.
