About Nancy

Nancy Bowlus has been in the real estate field since 1973. After winning numerous awards in production and ethics as one of the top realtors in Frederick, she then turned to management, using her experience and skill to propel each of the offices she managed to the top of the field. Along the way she also pursued her education, obtaining certification as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and as a Certified Residential Specialist. She left the management field and returned to her first love as an agent, joining Re/Max Results in 2003. Since that time she has been a consistent top producer in the county and the region, helping clients in their real estate transactions. Although she has helped clients buy and sell all types of properties, from condos and first homes to estates and farms, Nancy’s first hand knowledge of horses and the equine industry has led her to her position as one of the top equine property realtors in the area, and she is frequently consulted by other agents in this specialized area. Nancy is an experienced professional with a very human touch. She was available when needed and walked us through the maze of paperwork involved. Wonderful real estate agent

Excellent Buyers and Sellers Agent

Nancy has represented my wife and I as both a buyers and sellers agent for more than 3 years. Helped us sell out home in a changing market.

Nancy was a great wealth of knowledge in helping us sell our single family home through this recent market change. The increasing loan rates really impacted the speed of homes selling. With Nancy's guidance we were able to navigate this market and sell our home at a competitive price point. We would highly recommend Nancy for anyone buying or selling a home.
