I bought a house in 2016 that Neil had listed. At first, I thought I would just directly call him, so I could get a showing right away. I was not using another realtor, at that time. I was leery, wondering how he would be; if he was just looking to make a profit. But he was amazing!! I loved him. He was so honest and realistic about the house. He pointed out the good and bad right away. I could always contact him on a whim, for anything. He was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and kind. I am a single mom who didn't have a lot to spend; yet he treated me with respect, and of importance. I got the house for about half of what it is worth today!! And for less than what I was looking to pay then. When I am ready to sell, I will be listing with him :)

Dave actually found us this home while my husband worked for Gm in Fort Wayne. The house was great, in our price range...and when my husband retired in June... we looked Dave back up to sell it so my husband could come back to Wisconsin. Dave is friendly, outgoing and knows the market very well!!!! He kept us posted from day one til we sold it on the foot traffic going through our house. He sold it pretty quick too. Very happy that Dave was our Agent. Thank you Dave for everything you did for Joe and I !!!! Our stay in Huntington, Indiana was wonderful!!!! If you ever get to Wisconsin... look us up!!!! Xoxo

We decided to sell our home. Who should we call? David Peare was the answer given by someone who had experienced his help. As soon as David arrived he began giving suggestions for work we needed to do before listing our house. We followed his advice, including using contractors he recommended. When the house was ready David put it on the market. It sold within three days and because of multiple bidders we received more than list price! David’s advice and the contractors he recommended made the sale possible!

David really cares & connects well with the people with whom he represents. He priced our home exceptionally well as with the first day of showing we had 14 showings, and 7 offers! He sifted through the offers to find the best one for us and was outstanding. He has great insight as to what was needed to sell our home, and to help us look for a new home, when it was such a difficult time to find what we wanted in our price range. I interview 2 realtors and out of the 2 I picked David. He told me what he could do for me. I asked to have my house sold in a week. After several showing the first 3 days it calmed down then we were going to lower the price, he said let's hold off for another day. That very day I had a showing and the people offered full price. David was straight to the point in everything we did, he kept me posted on all things that needed to be done. I would recommend him to everyone. He will work hard for you
