It’s helpful to have someone that knows these properties in Edina so well. She helped by bringing an inspector that found important issues to resolve. It was a house that needed a lot of work and she negotiated to get us enough money to fix those items. She was very hands on during the whole process I would highly recommend her and I would use her again

This was our 1st home purchase and Cody was patient, knowledgeable and so kind! Our map of locations was so large and he was always willing to go anywhere. He is very knowledgeable of first time home buyer's programs and expectations of those programs. Great listener on the wants and needs while looking at different homes. If you are looking for the most kind and knowledgeable real estate agent out there, look no further! I have worked with Carolyn to buy and sell multiple properties and I will use her until the day she retires. She's so patient and accommodating, and listens to her clients. She'll offer advise when asked, but supports your decisions from start to finish (as long as it's in your best interest :)). Buying and selling homes is a stressful process, but having someone you can trust really eases the process. Call her, you won't regret it!

Eric went over and beyond to help my elderly Mom sell our family home that was in tough shape. He was very thorough in explaining things to my mom and even offered extra help.
