Terri holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, which has provided her with a strong foundation in both business and leadership. She holds several prestigious certifications, including the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR). In addition to these qualifications, she also possesses a broker's license. Beyond her professional achievements, Terri is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She chairs the Cloquet Planning Commission and serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake Superior Association of Realtors and REACH Mentoring. Her volunteer work extends to organizations like Friends of Animals and the Salvation Army, where she has previously served on the board, and she has also played a pivotal role as a volunteer and volunteer coordinator for the Mobile Food Pantry. When she's not working or volunteering, Terri enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. She is an avid golfer, camper, and fisherman, and also loves four-wheeling, boating, hiking, and skiing. Born and raised in Duluth, I moved away to attend the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks and earned degrees in marketing and management while playing hockey for the Fighting Sioux. After college I spent some time playing professional hockey and living on both coasts before I ended up back in Duluth in the late 90's. When not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, making to-do lists, dreaming up new house projects and pursuing other random projects and ideas, traveling, curling, enjoying time at the family cabin, and getting outdoors whenever possible.
