Change happens. Sometimes it is planned, sometimes it is unexpected. It can be gradual or instantaneous. It can be challenging. It can be rewarding too. Let me share my change story with you. In 2014, I was comfortably settled into life and career in Pennsylvania when I received a call from a recruiter about a new position in North Carolina. In less than two months, I had changed companies and moved to Hendersonville. My family followed a year later which had given me time to explore different communities, neighborhoods and schools for my kids and to decide on a more specific area on which to concentrate for the purchase of a home. We all settled into our new surroundings, schools and jobs. But four years later, we were faced with another change. My position, the one that had brought us to North Carolina, had suddenly and without warning been abolished. I was faced with the decision of what to do. Staying in the same industry almost certainly require a move to a new location. Everyone loved being in the mountains of North Carolina so I decided to make a change in careers so that we could stay put. I was encouraged by a friend who had retired from a career in real estate as well as my family to get my NC license and so I went back to school. After passing my licensing program as well as the state and national exams, I joined RE/MAX RESULTS in Hendersonville. What I love most about my career in real estate are the relationships with clients. It’s more than just buying or selling a property; it’s about the people who are making changes. Some are beginning a new adventure and will be taking memories with them while others will be taking the next step to create new memories within those four walls. It makes me smile to know that I get to be a small part of that change. My family and I grew up in Chapin, SC. I am one of eight children. I enjoy spending time with my family, boating on Beautiful Lake Murray, traveling, playing softball, working out at the gym, and spending time with my friends. I love helping others and being apart of my community!

A native of Columbia, SC, with BS and Law degrees from the University of South Carolina, and a veteran of the US Air Force, I am leveraging a career of helping global companies relocate their operations to new locations across the United States, to helping friends and strangers alike, find their new homes in South Carolina! My experiences have honed my ability to understand and explain local market conditions, which is crucial for making informed property assessments and investment decisions. I have developed strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, while working with government officials, investors, and stakeholders. All are critical skills for successfully navigating the regulatory bureaucracy that can hinder buying or selling real estate. With a keen eye for growth areas and redevelopment opportunities, I am well-equipped to help clients identify valuable properties and make data-driven investment decisions.
