I came to know Kevin through a relative who had him as his real estate agent when he bought his new home in Lakeville, Minnesota. He told me good things about him. I started working with Kevin after I told him the type of house I wanted to purchase and the time frame we were planning to buy a house and move to Minnesota. He was available all the time when I needed to talk to him regarding a house I saw while searching Zillow. He would respond to my emails right away and would encourage me to contact him anytime of the day. He is humble and very professional. As I was not available most of the time to take a look at the properties he wanted to show us, Kevin was willing to work with two of my relatives who lived in the area. He was very patient with us. He showed us homes in several neighborhoods and different parts of the twin cities suburbs where were interested in. He listened to me and gave me advices when I needed. He didn’t dictate anything.
