I was referred to Jeff by my boss when I was in need of a home within a short timeframe. Jeff was very prompt and professionally. The house I ended up buying was owned buy a large corporation and was vacant for about 2 years. This brought some unique challenges and it was a little scary with my timeline but Jeff knew exactly what to do and didn’t skip a beat. He really has a lot of experience and knowledge about the real estate and it showed from the start. He’s also very knowledgeable with the physical construction/ inner workings of a home which is a nice bonus compared to other Realtors who maybe wouldn’t be able to offer any real knowledge there. I honestly feel that if I had used a different agent the deal wouldn’t have got done. I’m so thankful I was referred to Jeff!

I've known Jeff for a number of years because we are both real estate investors. His knowledge about investing in real estate is incredible. And he knows so much because he is actually out there investing himself. He seems to have an insatiable appetite to learn as much as he can about selling homes. That's why it was natural to choose him when it came time for me to sell my personal residence. He came through the house, gave me all sorts of tips to make it shine, and went the extra mile marketing it everywhere he could (MLS, internet, social media, networking with other realtors etc.). He kept me updated at all times about what he was doing to market the home and he let me know about all inquiries. He helped me sell the home very quickly and a for a great price. We listened to everything Jeff suggested and ended up selling our home in less than a week for more than we targeted with three competing offers. We did experience an aggressive inspector hired by the buyers, but Jeff navigated that for us with the expertise that only a seasoned veteran could.
