Julie was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and was able to get us in to tour homes very quickly! We were first-time home buyers and she really looked out for us along the way. She is incredibly responsive to what you as the buyer wants. Something we really liked is that she was quick to point out “negatives” in many homes. It made us feel she truly had our best interest in mind.

When it comes to getting the job done on your house Julie is who you need! She is to the point and is very good at her job. We had two other realtors that were unable to even get showings and Julie got the house sold. She made us feel comfortable and reassured us that she would get the job done. I would definitely recommend Julie for any selling or home buying needs. Absolutely the best!

A pleasure to work with. Understood my situation of selling one house and buying a new one. Negotiated for what I wanted done in the new house. Walk me through every step of the process in both buying a new home and selling the old home.
