It was one of my most pleasurable moments to have embarked on my home search with Andrea. She had just one year prior help me find a perfect rental apartment after I'd moved from NJ to Florida. After hurricane Ian took it all away she worked tirelessly to find the right property for me. She thought out of the box, kept me informed, was extremely patient and she shared in all my highs and lows. She remained professional in every aspect and never waiverd in her faith to find me a home. I often felt that I was her only client yet I know she was busy with others. She never felt that I was a bother. Today she was with me when my dream of becoming a home owner came. She proudly watched me sign and then she jingled the key to my own front door as she handed it to me. What a memorable journey we had shared house hunting. I would not have wanted another to share it with. I am eternally greatful

Geri and Bob went out of their way to help our family several times. They sold my grandparents home, helped my aunt buy a condo 15 years ago and then helped us this fall through all the steps of getting the condo ready for sale and ultimately sold it in a week. Andrea provided a excellent home buyer experience. She maintained great communication during the process and worked through the problems encountered along the way during a challenging post Ian home search. At one point when I was traveling from another part of the state and had to bring my young dog along, Andrea even had her husband stay with my dog while we were viewing homes. I would recommend Andrea to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

This was such a quick sale and Andrea was always available when others weren't answering our questions. She even worked on our issues when she was on vacation. Geri has been the best realtor to work with. She knows where to buy and where not to buy. She understands the market and knows what a fair price is. She has connections in area that help you with repairs if they are ever needed. Bob and Geri go above and beyond as realtors. While the closing of my house took longer than expected because of hurricane Ian. Bob was excellent navigating through all the insurance issues not only on the minimal repairs needed on my home, but also stepped up to assist my buyers with all the intricacies they experienced due to insurance companies not writing new policies for a period of time which caused delays. My buyers agent faced difficulties due to hurricane Ian with her own home. Bob, generously assisted the agent and my buyers making the sale of my home as smooth as possible under the circumstances. I’m in the process of purchasing a home on the Northeast side of Florida and Bob and Geri traveled the 4.5 hours up to show me homes. I hired Amy after receiving an offer to list from another agent in the area, for a price that I knew was way too high. My goal was to actually sell my home - not let it sit on the MLS, subjected to multiple price drops before it sold. I hired her because after researching her skills, I was confident she knew the market my home was in. She did a great job. She looked at comps and derived a price that I believe was fair. We had missed the "peak" of the market, so pricing it fairly was important. We had a couple offers that I knew were low, and she negotiated with both parties and ultimately received an offer that was within the range I was looking for. I think many agents will tell sellers what they want to hear, just to win the business. Amy doesn't do this. She's honest and will negotiate a fair deal for both parties.
