Geri was the best realtor to work with when purchasing our home. We were first time house buyers and she walked us through the whole process. My husband and I had our property listed with Bob Quinn for approximately 2yrs. We live in Ohio and our property was in Cape Coral Florida. He let us know what properties were selling for and what was going on in the area as far as real estate goes. When we did get an offer he called and discussed the offer with us. We accepted the contract and unfortunately my husband passed away during the transaction. Bob guided me through everything I needed to do. He kept me informed every step of the way.
