If you are looking for a standard realtor keep looking. If you want someone to go above and beyond for you? This is the person you want. She FaceTime me when she needed to, introduced us to the neighbors even. She was always around to answer any questions whenever we had them. I would recommend to all.

We were quite blessed to have been put into contact with Melissa. Being out of town, we were relying heavy on her local connections and knowledge of the area and she continues to come through for us even after the sale. We highly recommend her to represent you as a seller or buyer.

Melissa is a true professional at her craft and one of the hardest working realtors I have worked with. A great listener that pays attention to detail which showed immediately in the listings she sent me. Closed the deal with minimal showings because she knows the area and the business inside out. The process was so worry free, it had me worried! We closed without a hitch in 28 days and she handled everything, including the intro to the lender. I highly recommend Melissa for any and all of your realty needs. Melissa Hubbard sets a standard that fellow Realtors should follow. Thank you!

Melissa was amazing. She is very professional, kind and easy to work with. She went beyond her normal duties as an agent to make sure everything was in order to close this deal. If you're looking for an agent, look no further. She IS the one and only.

There are many good agents (#2s) to chose from, but Melissa (#1) is a GREAT agent. We met Melissa as the seller's agent. She was respectful of our desires while caring for and representing her clients best interest. She did it so well, she became our agent as well. We received an acceptable offer day 1. Day 1 y'all!! Not only did she excel as an agent, she connected us with great contractors to had the special projects we desired. Give her a call; you will thank this review later.
