Carl is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet...

Carl is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. He spent a lot of time helping us find a house in the neighborhood we wanted to live in. Being a homeowner, as well as an HOA board member in the same community, Carl is very knowledgeable about the community & the surrounding area. Overall, we worked with Carl for about a year. During that time, he went above and beyond by 1) taking a day out of his vacation to show us a home, 2) spending a lot of time communicating with a seller who wasn’t communicating with his own agent, 3) recommending an agent in our area, in PA, who ended up getting our house sold and 4) because there was no inventory in our target neighborhood, Carl sent letters out to the residents which resulted in a showing before the home was listed. Unfortunately another buyer beat us to the punch on that one. Ultimately, by being proactive ourselves & working collaboratively with Carl, we found another house & have been residents for 4 months. We highly recommend Carl!!! He loves what he does & it shows!!!
