Sharyn was asked to help sell an unique property that had 2 houses on it, both over 50 years. One was a single family home, the other was a house that was divided into 2 apartment units. Sharyn used her resources to help get the property cleaned up and ready for listing, including contractor recommendations for both interior and exterior work. She stayed in constant contact and kept us informed of everything that was going on and what type of reactions, both good and bad, the property was getting. When all was said and done, in about 3 weeks the property was sold nearly $30,000 over my asking price. When the time comes to buy/sell again, Sharyn will be my first call.
